Refund policy
Van Go, Inc. is a nonprofit organization. All proceeds from sales go directly back into our programs. As such, our general policy is to not offer refunds or exchanges, with exceptions granted on a case-by-case basis.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
