Shipping policy

Van Go, Inc. ships all orders via USPS. Van Go does not guarantee any delivery dates. Tracking information will be provided for shipped items. 

Some items in our shop are not easily shipped due to their fragile, oversized, or overweight nature. To reduce the risk of breakage or excessive shipping costs, Van Go, Inc. will sometimes designate these items as not shippable. These items will be clearly marked in the item description as not available for shipping and only available for local pickup or delivery. Please read item descriptions carefully and feel free to contact us@van-go.org to discuss alternate arrangements if necessary.
